Havaş Aerobot and TOM Digital Hadi Support were honored with awards in The 6th CX Awards
Havaş and TOM Digital’s virtual assistants created on the CBOT Platform, named “Aerobot” and “Hadi Support” were honoured with the awards in the “Best Digital Customer Experience” category at this year’s 6th CX Awards organized by Nice Medya.
CX AWARDS TURKEY, organized by Nice Medya, Turkey’s first customer experience award program, recognizes brands that stand out in customer experience in their respective sectors every year. The jury panel, composed of respected academicians who are known as pioneers in global customer experience measurements in their fields, is entirely independent and well-versed in industry realities.
As part of the competition, Aerobot, created in collaboration with Havaş on the CBOT Platform, was honored with the “Big Idea Award” in the Best Digital Customer Experience category, while “Hadi Support” developed in partnership with TOM Digital, received the “Digital Banking Award” in the same category.
Both projects demonstrate that artificial intelligence and automation in customer support are not only essential for efficiency but also for delivering a seamless and straightforward customer experience.
