CBOT was on stage at 13th Bank Call Center Summit!

CBOT, delivered a speech to bank call center managers about how AI is the transforming customer service field

22  customer services and call center managers from different banks participated at the summit that is held in Hilton Elmadağ as the 13th edition. At the summit, which was held face-to-face again this year after a long break, various presentations and discussions took place on AI-based customer service models and virtual assistants, remote customer acquisition and efficiency, video calls, and remote working models.

Our CMO, Çiler Ay talked about how artificial intelligence technologies and virtual assistants transform the customer service area, what kind of service models will dominate the field, and how the customer experience changed after the pandemic. CBOT’s presentation, enriched with the knowledge and experience of CBOT as a leading AI company in the banking sector, helped the participants to better understand the future of the field they manage and to build their strategies with a clear vision.
