ADİL is an AI-powered emergency expert that enables companies to communicate quickly and safely with their employees during natural disasters and emergencies.

The system operates with a phased workflow model in which each stage is clearly defined.

 


    • Automatic Trigger During an Earthquake

      ADİL monitors data from official institutions such as AFAD and is automatically activated when it detects earthquakes above a certain magnitude.
      Alternatively, the company’s crisis management team can initiate the process manually.


    • Notifying the Emergency Response Team

      Once ADİL is triggered, it automatically sends a notification email to the company’s designated emergency response team. This email includes information about the initiation of the dispatch, key details about the disaster, and a list of nearby provinces that may have been affected. The team can also manually initiate additional dispatches to surrounding provinces if desired. Additionally, the team can quickly convene via the Zoom link provided in the email.


    • WhatsApp Message

      ADİL automatically sends a message via WhatsApp to all company employees: “An earthquake has occurred in your area. Please let us know if you are safe by responding.”
      Employees can reply via WhatsApp with either “I am safe” or “I need help.”


    • Sending SMS to Employees

      ADİL automatically sends an SMS to employees who do not respond to the WhatsApp message:
      “We would like to know your status after the earthquake. Please let us know if you are safe by responding.”
      Employees can reply to the SMS with either “I am safe” or “I need help.”


    • IVR Call

      For employees who do not respond to the WhatsApp and SMS messages, ADIL automatically places a call via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. Employees can respond using the voice prompt or by pressing a key:
      “Press 1 if you are safe, press 2 if you need help.”


    • Reporting

      All data is reported in real time, allowing operations teams to monitor the situation as it unfolds.
