Gartner, once more, featured CBOT among the leading voice AI platform providers globally

In 2022, CBOT was featured as one of the leading global voice AI platform providers in Gartner’s report, “Competitive Landscape: Voice AI Platform Providers”, published on October 31, 2022.

Previously, CBOT was recognized as one of the 16 leading global chatbot and virtual assistant companies in Gartner’s report “Emerging Technologies and Trends Impact Radar: Artificial Intelligence in Banking and Investment Services” published on July 1, 2020.

The report, published in October, 2022, aims to provide an overview of the voice AI market and the leading players for the decision makers and share Gartner’s future predictions. CBOT was featured in the report together with many leading companies established in different geographies, including world giants such as IBM, Microsoft and Amelia.

In the report, Gartner estimates that the 2021 voice AI platform market is $3.8 billion, growing 55% year over year. 

Highlights from the report:

• Voice AI platform providers must explore a holistic view to differentiation and not just product-based differentiation.
• In terms of the voice artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, implementations scale and expand into new use cases which realise greater business value.
• Over two-thirds of the providers have a big focus on product differentiation.
• In the product differentiation, vendors prioritise investments in natural language understanding (NLU)/natural language processing (NLP), dialogue management, continuous improvement, analytics, and testing and voice. 
• The voice AI platform market is intensely competitive, with over 150 voice platform providers and over 2,000 targeted single use-case providers.
