Pandemic and Digital Leadership (2020 – 2021):
During a time when the world faced a massive challenge, the need for digitalization peaked. In these years, when we ranked 12th and 22nd respectively, we led the digital transformation for Turkey’s largest banks and public institutions through AI assistants. Our EBA Assistant project for the Ministry of National Education answered 500,000 questions daily for 50 million users, ensuring educational continuity in Turkey.

Investing in the Technology of the Future (2022):
Before the world even began talking about Generative AI, we shifted our entire R&D focus to this area. Though we ranked 34th, this period laid the technological foundation for today’s major leap forward.

Towards the Peak of Innovation (2023 – 2025):
As our GenAI investments took hold and our platform reached global standards, we climbed steadily from 19th to 10th and now proudly stand as Turkey’s 7th most innovative company.

What elevated CBOT into the top 10 this year was our approach to Generative AI—not as a showcase technology, but as systems directly integrated into business processes. Today, in hundreds of leading Turkish companies, CBOT solutions have taken AI out of slide decks and placed it at the core of operations. From automotive to aviation, banking to retail, more than 26,000 digital employees are actively operating—not in pilot tests, but in live, scaled systems handling millions of interactions daily.

One of the highlights that crowned our 2025 success and was presented to the Fast Company jury was our inclusion among 27 global pioneers in Gartner’s prestigious Competitive Landscape 2025 Report.

  • Hybrid Technology Architecture: Our ability to orchestrate both our local large language model (CBOT LLM) and global models (Azure OpenAI, etc.) in a single project across various scenarios.
