CBOT Participated at The 31st Human Focused Management Congress, organized by PERYÖN
The 31st Congress organized by the Turkish Human Management Association (PERYÖN) took place on October 4-5, 2023, at the Lütfi Kırdar Convention Center. With a main theme of “100 Faces to People,” commemorating the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the congress explored various facets of humanity, changing trends in work life and human resource management, and sustainability under the titles of ‘Evolving Human’, ‘Renewing Human’, and ‘Digitalizing Human’ over two days. It evaluated the present and future of working life alongside visionary speakers and exciting topics.
At the Congress, our CMO, Çiler Ay, had an insightful conversation with Serdar Turan, the Editor-in-Chief of Harvard Business Review Turkey, about the unique impact of artificial intelligence and how it will shape human resource management in the future.
