The Turkish voice infrastructure running at Türkiye's top organizations is now open to everyone
CBOT Voice brings speech recognition, speech synthesis, a language model, telephony integration and conversation management together on one platform. The infrastructure runs in Türkiye, priced in Turkish lira for the minutes you use.

Today we opened CBOT Open. Any team building voice agents can now use, in its own product, the speech recognition, speech synthesis, language model and telephony infrastructure that has been handling calls for finance, telecom and insurance companies for years.
When someone on the phone says "one thousand two hundred forty-eight lira and sixty kuruş", writing it down correctly looks easy. The line is 8 kHz, there is traffic in the background, and the customer stops mid-sentence and starts again. The same call includes an IBAN, a license plate and a street name. If a single letter is misheard, the call is useless.
- Exact amounts
- IBANs and plates
- Street names
We have been working on exactly this problem since 2015.
Ten years on the hardest line
We built CBOT technologies for the hardest environment: enterprise phone lines for collections, customer service and identity verification, where there is no margin for error. Today our infrastructure runs at more than 50 organizations across banking, telecom, insurance and e-commerce. As of the end of 2025, 26,000 digital employees work on this infrastructure.

What we learned along the way: the hard part of a Turkish voice agent is not the agent itself.
The invisible part of a voice agent
Behind the few sentences a customer hears, there are layers that take a team years to build:
- Training speech recognition on Turkish telephone audio
- Correctly understanding numbers, amounts, dates, IBANs, addresses and names
- Filtering out noise, handling interruptions and detecting the end of speech
- Bringing response time under 1 second
- Connecting to carrier lines, detecting keypad input, transferring to a live agent
- Masking sensitive data and complying with KVKK and IYS rules
Most teams building voice agents in Türkiye have to choose between two paths today. Either they build all of these layers themselves, or they chain together general-purpose services from abroad. The first takes months and a dedicated team. The second struggles with Turkish on the phone, adds latency, is priced in foreign currency and requires meeting KVKK's cross-border transfer conditions separately.

Latency, FX pricing, cross-border transferCBOT Open: the infrastructure is our job, the agent is yours
With CBOT Open we offer all of these layers on a single platform. CBOT Voice consists of five components:
- Speech recognition
- Speech synthesis
- Language model
- Telephony integration
- Conversation management
Speech recognition
Transcribes Turkish on the phone accurately, including numbers, amounts, IBANs, addresses and names.
Speech synthesis
Voices your agent's responses in natural Turkish.
Language model
Manages the conversation and pulls information from your systems when needed.
Telephony integration
Answers calls and places outbound calls on your existing number. Your number stays the same.
Conversation management
Handles interruptions, silence and turn-taking, and keeps the conversation natural.
Noise suppression, sensitive data masking, recording and transcripts, IYS-checked outbound calling, keypad input and transfer to a live agent are standard in every package. Because we tune these components together, the agent responds in under 1 second after the customer stops talking. Reaching that with separate services chained together is very hard.
You focus only on what your agent does: the conversation script, what happens in which situation, and the connection to your CRM and your own systems.
Why Türkiye
Our infrastructure runs on servers in Türkiye. Voice, text and recordings are processed and stored here. Since data is not transferred abroad, KVKK's cross-border transfer conditions do not come into play. Pricing is in Turkish lira and based on the minutes you use; there is no setup fee. You get support in Turkish, directly from the team that builds the infrastructure.
- Servers in Türkiye
- Voice, text and recordings stay in Türkiye
- Priced in Turkish lira, per minute
- Direct support in Turkish
We say this not as a marketing promise but as the result of years of working with banks and organizations in regulated industries. The questions these organizations ask about KVKK and data security already have answers on our side.
Who it is for
First of all, software companies building voice agents. It is also for call center service companies and organizations building their own agents. The most common use cases we see:
- Healthcare and clinic appointments
- Insurance claims and policy renewals
- E-commerce and shipment tracking
- Call center services
- Public service lines
- Service and technical support
How to get started
Submit your request at open.cbot.ai: describe your project and your estimated monthly call volume. Our team gets back to you within one business day and we review your scenario together. Once your request is approved, your technical team receives access credentials and documentation.
What's next
We have also opened early access to CBOT Avatar, for digital avatars that talk in real time on the same voice infrastructure.
Until now, building a voice agent that speaks Turkish was a job for the largest organizations. Not anymore. We are curious to see what you build.
