## Challenge
Coffee is a passion for many people, but choosing the right beans or machine from a huge product range can be hard. MediaMarkt wanted to guide shoppers to the most suitable product, make the experience more informed, and increase sales.

## Solution
MediaMarkt partnered with CBOT to launch Turkey's first Agentic AI Sales Consultant: a 100% GenAI coffee assistant, built on CBOT's platform and OpenAI's large language models, integrated with MediaMarkt's product, campaign and pricing systems to make real-time recommendations.

## Results
On MediaMarkt's website and mobile app, the Coffee Assistant answers any coffee question, understands the shopper's taste, and recommends in-stock products with up-to-date prices, turning browsing into confident buying.
